۱. مسلط نبودن بر زبان انگلیسی ۲. عدم شناخت جامعه برای کار. ۳. نداستن چگونگی برای یافتن کار در افغانستان. برای از بین بردن این مشکلات باید عزیزان مشکلات بالا را حل کنند. در مورد عدم شناخت جامعه باید کمی صبور باشند و وقتی می آیند نباید انتظار داشته باشند که خیلی سریع وارد بازار کار شوند. در مورد نوشتن سی وی باید تلاش نمایند. بهترین گزینه برای درخواست به سایت کاریابی اکبر مراجعه کنند که می توانند با دیدن شغل های این سایت و مهارت های که کارفرما از آنها را می خواهند را آماده کنند.
